Event Planning Information

We encourage the use of the Center by all interested parties. To answer any questions you might have, we have provided the following policies and forms.

All policies are subject to change, pending approval by the Board of Directors.

The term "event host" will be used throughout to refer to the individual(s)/group(s) seeking to host a function or event in Cornerstone Chapel.

For the protection of our chapel and its property we ask that:

1. you and your entire event, including guests, show respect for our Chapel by having no alcoholic beverages on the chapel property.

2. you and your entire event, including guests, refrain from smoking on the chapel property.

3. you and your entire event, including guests, show reverence for the house of the Lord by using appropriate language (no cursing, etc.) and have no food or beverage in the chapel or foyer. Food is allowed in the reception hall.

4. children should be supervised at all times.

Note: The event host is responsible at all times for the behavior of all involved and will be held financially liable for any damage to the facility or its contents.

To establish a successful event the following policies have been established to govern the planning of your event at Cornerstone Chapel. We believe these policies to be the most suitable and practical for all concerned. Please read them carefully and let us work with you as you plan your event.
