Photography and Video

The photographer and/or video technician shall be under the authority of the event director. Policies on this are subject to change; please be specific with your requests.

It will be necessary for the enlisted photographer to sign form (Photographer’s Agreement, E-4) and for the event host to return that form no less than one month prior to the event.
