Custodial Obligations

The Board of Directors is responsible for the building, moving of furniture, arranging the chapel. Please make arrangements with the Event Coordinator as to the time the chapel will need to be opened, including set up diagrams no less than one month prior to the event. A representative of the Board of Directors will be at the church at least two hours before the event. As previously stated, the representative will check the chapel upon completion of the event. He will determine if those rooms used have been properly cleared and cleaned of all decorations and equipment. His report to the event coordinator will determine whether or not the florist's deposit will be refunded. A gratuity for this representative would be appreciated since he/she is a chapel volunteer.
